What's inside
1188 investors across AU/UK/US with structured thesis fields, and 2968 recent US capital raises from SEC Form D (filed 2026-06-11 – 2026-07-02). The Match tab ranks investors against a described deal.
Where the data comes from
- Investors
- Curated + AI-gathered from firm sites and reputable coverage, expandable via an OpenVC CSV import. Thesis fields reflect each firm's stated focus.
- US raises
- SEC EDGAR Form D filings — free, public domain, refreshed from the daily index.
- UK raises
- Planned: Companies House SH01 share-allotment filings (free API).
- AU raises
- Planned: Cut Through Venture, SmartCompany and ASX announcements.
- M&A / exits
- Planned: SEC 8-K/S-4, UK RNS/Takeover Panel, ASX schemes — disclosed prices only.
Honest limits
Figures are issuer/firm self-reported — verify before acting. The investor set is a strong starter, not exhaustive. And crucially: ~80–85% of M&A deals never disclose a price, so the exits tab (when built) will only ever cover disclosed deals — never a complete picture of “what sold and for how much.”
